Nationwide Toll Free Telephone Number
6.9 ct/min. for Inbound and Outbound Calls within the U.S.A. and Canada,
billed in 6 second increments so you never pay for more than you use.
This rate applies to inbound calls and outbound service such as paging, call back and fax back. See the
international rates for other covered areas.
Connected Calls/Forwarded Calling rate is 11.3 cents per minute because we have to connect two calls to create a
forwarded call.
Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer
This Call-Forwarding service tracks you down at home, office, or delivers a caller on your cell phone, or pager. It announces the name of the caller and lets you choose to talk to the person or send them to voice mail.
You can even select times of day and days of the week for taking calls on a particular number.
Voice Mailboxes
You can have as many voice mailboxes connected to your one 800 number as you wish, so you can have a box for each key person in your company.
Create the impression of a single office, even if your people work from different homes, different cities, even different states. Each box has its own Paging, Follow-Me-Live (Call-Forwarding) Call Return & Card-less
Calling Card.
Caller I.D.
Captures the telephone number of each caller and either tells you that they called or attaches it to the voice message they've left you.
Call Screen
Ask callers for their name so you can decide whether to take the call or send them to voicemail.
Call Announce
Differentiate business calls from personal even if they ring in on the same line! When you receive a call from your FreedomVOICE System, it will announce the caller and what mailbox the caller is coming from so you can decide whether to take the call or send them to voicemail.
Automated Order Taking
Program any of your voicemail boxes to ask your callers as many questions as needed, one at a time, and record their response. The responses will all be delivered to you as a single message. This is advanced technology for taking orders, getting customer information, and screening calls.
Unlimited Outgoing Message Length
Your custom recordings throughout your system can be of any lenght as you wish. It can never be too short or too long; you decide what's best for your optinum advertising campaign.
Call Transfer
While on a connected call, you can transfer your customer to another department's extension.
Call Back and Pager Notification of Messages
With FreedomVOICE you have 5 different ways to get your messages:
1.) Call your system
2.) Receive a page and then call your system
3.) Have your system call you when there are messages, we call this Call Back.
4.) Email delivery of voice and fax messages.

PIN-Less Mailbox Access
Allows you to create a list of telephone numbers where you might call from to check your messages. When you call from any of those numbers, no PIN is required to access your voice mailboxes.
Call Return From Within Voice Mail, Without Dialing Caller
While listening to voice mail messages you can call back the person who recorded the message you're listening to, automatically, using the number they called from.
Once you've spoken to the person you are returned to voice mail so you can go on to the next message.
Card-less Calling Card
Similar to Call Return. While listening to voice mail messages simply dial 0 to place long distance calls at our low 11.9 cents minute rate.
