Call Announce:
Differentiate business calls from personal even if they ring on the same line!
* When you receive a call from your FreedomVOICE System, it will announce the caller and what mailbox the caller is coming from so you can decide whether to take the call or send them to voicemail.
Caller ID:
* Each message has Date, Time and Caller-ID stamp.
* We capture the telephone number of every call into your system, even if the number is blocked! We use ANI or Automatic Number Identification, a call capture feature that is similar to caller ID but can not be blocked.
* We will then notify you of the information by pager, phone call, or e-mail. For an additional 10 cents per lookup, you can also view the caller's full name and address!
Call Blocking & Call Limiting:
* Allows you to block any particular number from calling your 800 number and/or allows only a certain number of calls per day from any number.
* With call blocking list you can use area code, area code with exchange, or the entire number.
Call Forwarding:
* This service tracks you down at home, office, or on your cell phone to deliver a caller to you live.
* It announces the name of the caller and lets you choose to talk to the person or send them to voice mail.
* You can even select times of day and days of the week for taking calls on a particular number.
Pager Notification:
* Call, Fax and Message notification & Caller ID.
Call Screening:
* You decide if you take the call or send to voice mail.
Call Waiting:
* Answer incoming calls while on the phone instead of missing them.
Call Return:
* While listening to voice mail messages you can call back the person who recorded the message you're listening to, automatically, using the number they called from.
* Once you've spoken to the person you are returned to voice mail so you can go on to the next message.
