• You can dial the "Star" Key at anytime while talking to a
customer. This will put your caller on hold while listening to hold
music. Once you're ready to take the call back, you simply dial the
*Key to reconnect.
• Your system will come with standard classical music, which you can
customize to your taste and needs.
• Operator Extension: (included with all packages) People are
accustomed to dialling zero to speak to an operator. You can
designate any of your mailboxes to take on the operator task. This
means any person or department can be assigned as an operator to
take calls from clients wishing to speak to a person.
